Not entirely satisfied with your order? No problem. You have 14 days to cancel your purchase without having to give a reason.

How does the return process work?

Cancel within 14 days:
You can cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt. Contact us at info@nlnaturals.com or via our contact form.

Return label:
Within the 14-day cooling-off period, we will typically create a return label for you so you can return the product free of charge. You will receive this label by email with instructions.

Return the product:
After cancellation, you have 14 days to return the product. Please ensure the product is in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories. Handle the product carefully —only use it to verify whether it meets your expectations.

Refund:
Once we have received your return in good condition, you will receive a full refund of the order amount including shipping costs within 14 days.

Product exchange

Prefer to exchange rather than return? That's possible! Contact us at info@nlnaturals.com. Please note: for exchanges, return shipping costs are at your own expense (approximately €7.25 per package).

Incorrect delivery address?

Important conditions

Diminished value:
If the product or packaging is more damaged than necessary to test the product, we may deduct the diminished value from your refund.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Perishable products (fresh natural products and active cultivation substrates)
  • Products that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons once opened or unsealed
  • Sealed products whose seal has been broken after delivery

Product guarantee

All products sold by NLNaturals comply with the specifications stated in the product description. If a product does not meet these specifications upon delivery, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the product and packaging. We will work with you to find an appropriate solution —whether that means a replacement, credit, or refund.
