Kratom
Mitragyna speciosa — kratom — is a tropical tree species native to Southeast Asia, cultivated in Indonesia, specifically in West Kalimantan on the island of Borneo. Its leaves contain a distinct alkaloid profile led by mitragynine and 7-hydroxymitragynine, alongside over 40 documented minor alkaloids. We supply kratom wholesale across all kratom colors and in both powder and leaf form. See our red, green, white, and yellow sub-categories for the full range.

Kratom: Botanical Background and Alkaloid Profile
Mitragyna speciosa belongs to the Rubiaceae family — the same family as coffee. It is a large canopy tree that grows in tropical lowland and riverbank environments across mainland and island Southeast Asia. All our kratom comes from community plantations around Jongkong, near Putussibau in the Kapuas Hulu Regency of West Kalimantan, Indonesia. The growing area borders the Sentarum Lake National Park and has a rich alluvial soil structure along the upper Kapuas River. Trees here grow above 18 metres and are typically harvested between 6 and 15 years of age.
The primary alkaloids — mitragynine and 7-hydroxymitragynine, are indole alkaloids. Over 40 additional alkaloids have been documented, including speciogynine, speciociliatine, and paynantheine. Their ratio and concentration varies by leaf maturity, growing region, and processing method, which is why alkaloid composition differs meaningfully between kratom colors and origins.
The Four Kratom Colors
Kratom is commercially categorized by color category: red, green, white, and yellow. This system reflects both leaf maturity at harvest and post-harvest processing. Red: extended drying, mature-leaf batches. Green: mid-maturity processing. White: lighter-processed, minimal oxidation. Yellow: a processing variant created through extended or specific drying conditions, not a distinct harvest stage. Each sub-category page covers the specifics for its color.
Powder vs. Leaf
Fine powder is the most widely sold form. It has greater surface area than whole or crushed leaf, which affects alkaloid extraction. Whole and crushed leaf, available in our kratom leaves category, retains more intact plant structure and is preferred by buyers who want the traditional, less-processed format.
Wholesale Supply and Sourcing
Our kratom is sourced from community plantations near Putussibau, West Kalimantan, with consistent batch quality. We supply from 25g trial packs up to kilogram lots. The Super Green Malay and Super Red Sumatra are among our most consistent wholesale performers.
Kratom is Mitragyna speciosa, a tropical tree in the Rubiaceae (coffee) family native to Southeast Asia. All our supply comes from community plantations near Jongkong-Putussibau in Kapuas Hulu, West Kalimantan: a fertile alluvial growing zone bordering the Sentarum Lake National Park. Leaf is harvested, dried, and processed into powder or leaf products at the source.
The primary alkaloids are mitragynine and 7-hydroxymitragynine, both indole alkaloids. Over 40 minor alkaloids have been documented including speciogynine, speciociliatine, and paynantheine. Their ratio and concentration varies by leaf maturity, growing region, and post-harvest processing.
Color category reflects leaf maturity at harvest and processing method. Red: fully mature leaves, extended drying. Green: mid-maturity, shorter drying. White: young leaves, minimal oxidation. Yellow: a processing variant with specific drying conditions. Each produces a distinct alkaloid composition. See our red, green, and white pages for detail.
We supply kratom from 25g trial packs through to kilogram quantities. Volume pricing tiers are listed on individual product pages. Contact us for larger bulk orders or custom volume arrangements for your retail business.
