Kanna UC ET2 is a highly concentrated powder extract of Sceletium tortuosum. It is standardised to a minimum of 5% total alkaloids, with a fixed profile of 95% mesembrine, 4% mesembrenone and 1% Δ7-mesembrenone. Within the Exponent range, ET2 is the mid-tier: stronger than ETB (2.5%), a touch milder than ET4 (6.5%), but with the same pronounced mesembrine character.

Its mesembrine dominance places ET2 on the clear, stimulating side of the spectrum. Mesembrine is a natural serotonin reuptake inhibitor and gives an upbeat, focus-led effect, set against the full-spectrum types (FS10, FS33) and the balanced UC1, which carry more mesembrenone and Δ7-mesembrenone and so read rounder and calmer.
