Blue Sage is known as "Grandmother Sage". Blue Sage is also called Grey Sage or Rocky Mountain Sage, but the color is light grey blue and the aroma is of sweet mountain air and a slight fresh scent. It is a bit sweeter and softer than the White Sage, but for some people, it can have a very penetrating smell. Sage (Salvia apiana) is traditionally used to transform negative energies, cleanse people or cleanse places. Sage smoke neutralizes positive ions in our auras and spaces.
