 Guayusa Tea

It is quite easy to brew Guayusa tea. There are different ways to brew it. You can use a french press, put it in a cup and sieve it or use a tea strainer.

For all usages you can use one-two teaspoons of the leaves per cup of tea. Boil some water and then pour the water over the leaves and let it brew for 6-15 minutes depending on how strong you want your tea. Also good to know that Guayusa won't get bitter. It is said that the leaves retain their strength, so you can use it up to 3-4 times.
